I have been experimenting with nutrition and diets since 6 years now and the diet which has given me the best results is the one where I'm not following a complex diet. Everybody knows whats healthy nd whats not (e.g. fried) but we look for diets for a short cut. The best diet is eating healthy food in the cuisine you've been brought up with, and feeling HAPPY eating that food. Following a salad diet and feeling hungry and unhappy leads to counter-productive results.
