So true! I started yoga when the lockdown started in April and have been more mindful about my posture than ever before. I realised that because of my awkwardly tall height I’ve been slouching so so bad and also experience a slight social anxiety. Ever since I’ve started sitting and standing up ta and straight and breathing deeper, I feel so much more confident and courageous. Your posture can make so much of difference it’s pretty awesome.
