This has helped me the MOST. I have been at a place where I lost 50lbs and have also been at a place where there was no progress even though I woke up early and worked out and ate healthy. I completely stopped junk because thats 'bad food'.

During the pandemic, I experimented to never criticise myself when I look in the mirror. I started consciously feeling GOOD after workouts. I completely stopped saying bad things to myself. I stopped labelling food.

Instead of not eating at celebrations, I whole heartedly celebrated with desserts and pizzas. Now, I am at my goal weight and also have tiny core muscles popping.

All because I stopped being obsessed with being fit. More people need to read what you've written here!
